From Townsville in the north to Gold Coast in the south, our team of 400+ employees supports more than 11,500 clients. We deliver a range of programs and services to clients across rural, regional, and metropolitan Queensland which support:

  • Transitioning from an acute mental health ward to home
  • Transitioning from a correctional facility to the community
  • Finding and maintaining housing
  • Walking alongside people who have experienced suicide, including suicidal ideations, attempts and suicide bereavement
  • Supporting family and friends of those impacted by suicidal crises
  • Effectively utilising NDIS services

With five decades’ experience on the frontline of mental health service delivery, RFQ is now beginning to explore the priority area of mental health and wellbeing research. With robust research informing the development of life-changing programs and services, we aim to support people to thrive in their own lives.
