Early Psychosis Psychosocial Supports

Early Psychosis Psychosocial Supports (EPPS) is a free non-clinical program for young people aged 12-25 years who are experiencing early psychosis. We work alongside you and your clinical team for up to 24 months, to help you build the life you want.

About the EPPS program

You’ll have a Youth Wellbeing Worker who will be your main support person. They’ll work with you to figure out what you want to work on and help you get there. You’re in the driver’s seat – we’re just here to support you along the way.

Think of EPPS as your space to work on the things that matter to you, build your strengths, and connect with people who genuinely care about your wellbeing.

What to Expect

When we meet, the focus is on supporting you. We might meet at the EPPS office, in the community, or wherever works best for you. You and your worker will do things like:

The idea is that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to support services – RFQ works with you to ensure you get what you need from the program.
