Mark has a background in accounting and financial planning. He has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from QUT and  is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).  Mark worked with two of the major accounting firms before starting his own financial advice firm in 1984. After 33 years, in May 2017, Mark stopped full time work and now acts as a consultant.
