Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

RFQ is now offering Psychosocial Recovery Coach (PRC) services, which provides eligible NDIS participants with a recovery coach.

About Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

We understand that behind every NDIS plan is a person navigating complexity, hope, setbacks, and possibility. A recovery coach can help simplify the journey and support you to achieve your recovery goals.

A recovery coach is a NDIS-funded worker with mental health knowledge, who can help support your mental health recovery journey.

How can a Psychosocial Recovery Coach help me?

Your recovery coach will:

  • Spend time with you, and people important to you, to get to know you and understand your needs
  • Help you find out about different services and supports, and how these can help you
  • Help you get support from mental health services
  • Help you better understand the NDIS and support you with the NDIS
  • Help you develop a shared recovery plan that aligns with your goals and needs
  • Support you to understand your rights and build your capacity to self-advocate
  • Support you to live a full and meaningful life as chosen by you

Who can access this?

RFQ is currently offering the Psychosocial Recovery Coach program to eligible NDIS participants in Brisbane and Gold Coast.
