Each year, RFQ shares the impact of our work supporting mental health recovery across Queensland and beyond. These reports reflect our shared commitment with clients, carers, communities and funders — and the progress we have made together.

We are proud to share a snapshot of the collective efforts and impact of RFQ’s services across Queensland and via telehealth. This year, our 396 staff had the opportunity to support 10,277 clients across ten key services and 15 locations.
“Wellbeing isn’t a luxury in mental health recovery — it’s the very soil in which recovery takes root”

For more than 50 years, RFQ has served the community by providing practical support for people experiencing mental health challenges, as well as their families, carers and wider networks.
When a person with disability is approved for a NDIS package, they receive funding that can be used flexibly to allow them to reach their goals and meet their needs. RFQ provides support services to individuals, allowing them to spend their NDIS funds on what is important to them.
More than 50 learning and development courses were provided and undertaken by service delivery staff with over 7,000 hours spent by employees ensuring our frontline staff have the skills they need to improve outcomes for the people we serve.
Our journey of integrating cultural capability into all service delivery teams by way of cultural capability training and establishment of several dedicated positions in this space.
Thank you to the partners, funders, communities and staff we’ve had the opportunity to collaborate and work closely with this year. Together we have provided more meaningful support across Queensland and nationally via telehealth through our programs and services.
