When a person with disability is approved for an NDIS package, they receive funding that can be used flexibly to allow them to meet their needs and reach their goals. RFQ provides support services to individuals, allowing them to spend their NDIS funds on what is important to them.
Some of the areas our clients choose to utilise their support services with RFQ include:
There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to support services – RFQ works with individuals to ensure they have choice and control over the services they receive.

RFQ aligns its prices with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) Price Guide for providers. We encourage you to review this guide via the NDIA website to understand the prices for our NDIS services.
The Price Guide incorporates the introduction of the Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP). The TTP was introduced to assist providers to continue transforming their businesses in the move towards a more competitive marketplace. RFQ is eligible to charge the Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP). The Price Guide also includes an establishment fee where personal care/community access exceeds 20 hours per month.
The NDIA reviews the NDIS price guide at least annually and sets prices that reflect wage inflation and changes in the market.
In line with the terms and responsibilities outlined in RFQ’s NDIS Service Agreement and Schedule of supports, RFQ adjusts its fees to align with updated pricing from the NDIA.
RFQ is registered to provide the following NDIS Supports: Support Coordination, Support Connection and Specialist Support Coordination.
